Enjoli Willis, DrPH, CHES®

Enjoli Willis, DrPH, MPH, CHES® has over 16 years of experience developing, implementing, and evaluating various public health programs for federal, state, local, and private organizations. Dr. Willis’ work focuses on promoting the public’s health through planning, partnerships, and program/policy development. Dr. Willis currently serves as a public health advisor at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, where she provides strategic leadership, programmatic development support, and technical assistance to chronic disease programs.  

During her tenure at CDC, she has led implementation teams for state, local, and tribal injury prevention programs; supported policy, issues management, and regulatory activities across CDC; evaluated social media messaging for infectious diseases; and provided strategic leadership for local injury prevention capacity and programming activities. 

Before joining CDC, Dr. Willis was a tobacco health educator with the Duval County Health Department, working to prevent tobacco initiation in youth ages 11-17. She was also a health educator and intrinsic health coach with Health Designs, Inc., conducting health screening and health coaching activities for businesses to improve health outcomes of employees and staff.  Dr. Willis holds a Doctor of Public Health in Public Health Leadership from Georgia Southern University. Her research focused on naloxone availability and access in Georgia retail pharmacies. She also holds an MPH in community health from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Health Education from the University of Florida.
