Admissions Overview

The University of North Carolina’s Gillings School of Global Public Health seeks students who are passionate about eliminating urgent public health inequities and are prepared to meet the academic and practical requirements of our rigorous online graduate program.

Applications for MPH@UNC are reviewed on a rolling basis, so the sooner you apply, the sooner you can receive an admissions decision and begin planning your future.

The Gillings School of Global Public Health also offers an on-campus MPH program. Application deadlines for the on-campus program can be found on the Graduate School website.

MPH@UNC offers students three starts per calendar year (Spring, Summer and Fall) for the MPH Leadership in Practice, MPH Nutrition and MPH Applied Epidemiology concentrations.
